Best practice: DIFFER - Seamless relocation thanks to light path

Energy research institute DIFFER will move from Nieuwegein to Eindhoven this year. In order to make this move as smooth as possible for the researchers, SURF has constructed a light path between the old and the new location of DIFFER. This way it is as if both locations are on one local network.
