Conclusions and results of project SCALA (Scaffolding Assessment for LeArning)

Providing digital feedback and assessment helps keep teachers' workload manageable, while increasing the quality of assessment. This is particularly the case if the necessary initial investments have been made and the procedure is repeated. That is the conclusion reached by research within 28 pilot projects in the SURF project SCALA.
