The directors of the Universities in the Netherlands, the Association of Universities of Applied Sciences (Vereniging Hogescholen) and SURF have signed the National approach to digital and open learning resources statement. In it, the Dutch higher education institutions agree to work together to create, share, reuse and purchase learning materials.
