Research on sharing and reuse of Open Education Resources and courses

SURF is a joint commissioner of a study by Fontys University of Applied Sciences into the adoption of Open Education Resourcess and online courses by instructors. One of the results of this study is that while sharing and reusing Open Education Resourcess is common, they are not always accessible to everyone or are subject to an open licence.
