Saxion: Enabling open access - on the way to Open Science

For some years Saxion has had a publication policy in which open access is the starting point: Saxion researchers make their publications available open access, unless that is really not possible. When the Agency for Quality Assurance set up a project to further professionalise research, open access had to become part of it.
