NetherLight partners

The open light path exchange

NetherLight is an open light path exchange. It is a hub that can be used by anyone, for any application whatsoever, be it national or international. The more partners that are connected to NetherLight, the more interesting it will be for everyone.

International networks

The NetherLight open light path exchange is a major hub for international light paths. NetherLight connects direct high-bandwidth links to and from locations the world over, including Chicago, Mumbai, Geneva, Moscow, New York, London, Stockholm and Prague. Through ANA-300G, we also offer superfast links between the United States, Canada and Europe.

Participating service providers

Providers of computing, storage, telephony services and more can also be connected to NetherLight. All education and research institutions connected to SURF can set up light paths to these providers (provided that they are clients of the provider concerned). This allows the provider to offer services via NetherLight and the SURF broadband network without loss of quality or security.
