Futures Colloquium
Rapid technological, social and ecological changes call for a more structured approach to looking ahead. This colloquium explores how applied (strategic) foresight can be used in practice to translate future insights into decision-making in policy, organisations, innovation and research.

In a world characterised by rapid technological, social and ecological changes, there is a growing need for 'applied (strategic) foresight': the systematic exploration and application of future insights to make better decisions.
This colloquium brings together futurists, researchers and other interested parties around the question of how and which foresight methods can be concretely used in policy, organisational development, innovation and research. We not only explore concepts and methodologies, but mainly emphasise practical experiences, cases and cross-fertilisation between disciplines.
