Cancellation policy of SURF events
We have a cancellation policy for both free and paid events.
Registration for free events is not obligation-free. The number of participants per event is usually limited, and your registration may result in other attendees missing out if the maximum capacity is reached. If you cannot attend an event for which you have already registered, we kindly ask that you let us know. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +31-887873000.
Registration changes or cancellations may only be made by e-mail, via email@example.com. You may cancel your attendance free of charge up to 3 weeks prior to the event. After that time, free cancellation is no longer possible and the attendance fee will be charged to you. If you cannot make it, it is of course possible to designate someone else to come in your place.
Tickets for physical participation in an event are not transferable to online participation of the same event. Are you registered for physical participation, but you want to participate online? Then you must cancel the physical ticket and purchase an online ticket. The above cancellation conditions apply.
