SURF Summit 2025: looking ahead together to tomorrow's technology
The SURF Summit is the annual event for executives, coordinating SURF contact persons (CSCs) and other relations of SURF. It will take place on Wednesday 8 October, at the Omnia on the campus of Wageningen University & Research. This year's theme is Food for Thought.

This year's SURF Summit focuses on the Tech Trends Report 2026. What does the future of technology in education and research look like? We will discuss (emerging) trends and developments, the force field in which education and research have to stand and how we as a cooperative respond to all these issues. Digital sovereignty is obviously an important theme in this respect. We also discuss the outcomes of the Digital Think Tank for executives, which this year focused on AI. So plenty of food for thought for a well-filled afternoon.

The SURF Summit is a meeting for executives, CSCs and other relations of SURF. They will receive a personal invitation.
