Webinar: the PDCA approach to cybersecurity awareness
Lone awareness campaigns rarely lead to lasting behavioural change. That is why institutions, together with SURF, developed a new, process-based approach to cybersecurity awareness. This links up with your institution's Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. In this webinar you will hear all about this process: how to use it and what it delivers.

Connection to broader organisational goals
The process-based approach to cybersecurity awareness ensures continuous improvement as well as alignment with broader organisational goals. Think of strengthening cyber resilience (including through permanent behavioural change) and increasing the level of cybersecurity maturity. It is in line with frameworks such as SURFaudit, NIS2/Cybersecurity Act and the NBA review framework. The approach was developed jointly with several institutions as part of the Cybersave Yourself service.
For whom.
