Community of Open Online Course - from MOOC to COOC

This project focuses on extending the current MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) into a COOC (Community of Open Online Course). In this community, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and instructors from higher education institutions can exchange knowledge and insights.
