An innovative and instructive form of education, but also a moral dilemma. The scientific usefulness of 3D printing is underestimated, PhD student Alexander Blass believes. He participated on behalf of the University of Twente in a study on 3D printing for scientific use. "You can use 3D printing to literally look at what you are researching from all sides. That is very valuable."
