This tender demonstrates the strength of SURF's cooperation. Members of the cooperative no longer need to run their own tendering process, saving them a complex and time-consuming task. They can also count on competitive prices and better service from the selected suppliers, such as delivery and service on-site or at home.  

Joint demand, joint supply

Not only the tender itself is carried out collaboratively. The institutions also work together when placing orders. Therefore, twice a year, SURF organises a call for tenders on behalf of the participating institutions. We align functional requirements and submit them to resellers, who then assess which manufacturer can best meet the sector’s needs. In this way, we ensure healthy competition.
