The Scientific Technical Council (WTR) advises the SURF cooperative, solicited and unsolicited, on strategic, scientific and technical issues of the cooperative. Advice to SURF is in principle public, unless agreed otherwise. Advice to institutions is only public if the client explicitly chooses to do so.
