- If you enter into a 4-year Wellnomics agreement before March 1, 2022, you will receive a 15% discount on the full contract value.
- If you enter into a 3-year Wellnomics agreement between March 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023, you will receive a 10% discount on the full contract value.
Mediation agreement SURF - Wellnomics 2018-2022
The agreement will not be renewed after the end date (February 28, 2022) as this mediation agreement is phased out. Further agreements may continue beyond the end date of the mediation agreement.
