We buy ict and content on the best possible terms and make sure you can use it easily. We also support you in procurement processes we carry out jointly for institutions.
We aggregate the demand and need at institutions and purchase software and hardware on this basis.
Contract management
We draw up and manage agreements with publishers for participating institutions. In addition, we take care of the complex cost calculations for the participating libraries. We also legally secure the agreements made and take care of the administration and invoicing. We also do this for agreements in which Open Access plays no (or a smaller) role. Finally, we ensure that all relevant transaction data over the past years are available. We provide analyses where required.
