On 7th of March, we gathered at the SURF Cloud Event. You heard all about cloud and AI, were introduced to several of today's cloud applications for education and research, and together we discussed security and governance issues.

Registration and cancellation conditions
We will adjust the catering to the number of guests. So please cancel in time if you cannot come after all. That way, we avoid wasting food and incurring unnecessary costs. Would you like to change or cancel your registration? You can do so on your personal page (you will find the link in the confirmation e-mail) or let us know via cloudevent@surf.nl.
You will receive information about this by e-mail before the event. Separate meals can be collected from the main bar.
Yes! We deliberately chose a digital programme booklet: the SURF Events app. Here you will find the programme, map, speakers and much more.
Download the app and log in with the event code Cloud24.

Location and route
This year's SURF Cloudevent is at the Prodentfabriek, in Amersfoort:

Parking
During the event, you can park in the Eemplein car park all day for €9.50 with a Prodentfabriek exit card. The price has changed since 1 June 2022. From the car park you can walk to the venue in 2 minutes.

You can! In the app, open the Programme tab and click on the location pin. It automatically drops to the right place.
Recordings and presentations
Yes, the plenary sessions will be recorded. These will be available to all participants after the SURF Cloudevent. Then we will also make the recordings public for anyone who did not attend. For more information, please see our privacy statement.
Sometimes external photo and video crews are present during SURF events to create an atmospheric impression. In some cases, they also conduct short interviews with visitors and speakers. You may or may not grant permission for this yourself. We only publish the impressions after the interviewees have given their consent.
Yes, we share all presentations afterwards.
Privacy and contact
Prefer not to appear in a video? Then ask for a red key cord when you enter and wear it during the day. Do you appear in the mood video as a visitor and would you like to object to the published mood images? Please let us know via cloudevent@surf.nl.
Contacting someone you met during a session or in the coffee shop is possible, if you are logged into the app. Don't have an account yet?
