National support desk
In the Innovation and Implementation of Digital (Open) Educational Resources project, SURF is working with the Acceleration Zone Towards Digital Educational Resources and the Open and Online Education Libraries Working Group to organise support, both nationally via the support desk and locally within the institutions. This desk forms an online knowledge centre in the field of digital educational resources and has, among other things, a network function to facilitate cooperating lecturers from their subject communities and to link them to support staff. In this way, lecturers are better reached and reuse is in the picture.
