E-portfolios in practice
The focus on e-portfolios in digital testing and assessment is growing with the rise of programmatic testing. An e-portfolio is a means of tracking student development and recording learning outcomes and competences. We examined the use of e-portfolios at a number of institutions.
It was found that there are still many uncertainties to the use of e-portfolios in higher education. For these reasons, SURF's Digital Testing and Assessment Working Group decided to investigate this further at several institutions using e-portfolios. The interviews conducted at different institutions have been developed into case studies. View the cases below:
